Justice for Missing Mom?

Hopefully, Jacque's family can get the answers they deserve. Clay Waller is charged with his wife's murder. It took awhile but commendable effort on the part of investigators to solve this terrible crime. Cape Girardeau, MO (KSDK) - Clay Waller, the estranged husband of a missing mother of triplets, has been charged with murder in connection to her disappearance. Morley Swingle, the Prosecuting Attorney for Cape Girardeau County, filed first-degree murder charges against Clay Waller regarding the disappearance of his wife, Jacque. Prosecutors also charged Clay Waller with two counts of evidence tampering. Swingle said his office will not seek the death penalty in the case. Clay Waller, 41, is being held on a $1 million bond.
